Sineema ("we", "us") operates the Sineema apps and the website cineema.app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and/or phone number, used to create and secure your account.
• Usage information: the titles you watch, your progress, favourites, and profiles, used to power features like Continue Watching, My List, and recommendations.
• Device information: basic device and app identifiers used to keep the service working and to understand overall usage.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the service (sign-in, playback, downloads, profiles).
• To personalise your experience (recommendations, continue watching).
• To manage subscriptions and support requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Pesapal on cineema.app. We do not store your full card or mobile-money details.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and analytics, and Bunny Stream for media delivery. These providers process data on our behalf.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app (Account → Delete account) or by contacting us.

Children

Sineema is intended for users 18 and older.

Your choices

You can update your profile, manage subscriptions on cineema.app, and delete your account at any time.
